Balloon Arch

Balloon Arches are great to mark the end of a race or a special celebration! They are also great for photographing groups as they are large and can be pictured with many different people around it.

Balloon Garland

Balloon Garlands are a great choice for events because they can be put in so many locations. Garlands are the perfect option if you are low on space as they can hang on walls or other focal points.

Balloon Column

Columns are the perfect arrangements for flanking an event entrance! They will give your guests a marker to know they are in the right location and provide a great photo opportunity. Columns are delivered fully assembled so they are perfect for venues with little setup times.

FAQ'S

  • Can you use balloons that I have already bought?

    Cascade Balloons only uses high quality, biodegradable balloons for installations. I trust in the longevity of the balloons I purchase and do not use balloons provided by the client. When it comes to balloons, you get what you pay for. While the pictures for balloon kits online look amazing, that is typically not what you receive and the quality will suffer. I use primarily Tuftex and Qualatex balloons, both of which are preferred brands in the balloon industry.

  • How does balloon setup and delivery work?

    I inflate 90% of the balloons needed for a setup prior to the event and deliver them ready to be put together on site.

  • How much does balloon décor cost?

    You can find general pricing on my pricing page. There are a lot of factors that go into pricing a setup and it can vary wildly depending on intensity of the work. In general, installation of balloons is 15% of the total cost and my minimum amount for delivery is $150. 

  • How do I decorate my business grand opening?

    Balloons are perfect for a business grand opening! People are drawn to balloons because they signal to the public that something exciting is happening. Classic decor like arches and columns are perfect to frame a front entrance. I am able to personalize balloons with your business logo and name to increase brand recognition as well. Balloons create a perfect backdrop for ribbon cutting and pictures for your local Chamber of Commerce.

  • How long do balloons last?

    While I don't guarantee balloon arrangements past the event date, for the most part balloons stored indoors will last about two weeks. A lot of factors go into that number, including how close they are to a window, if they are by a vent or if they are not in a temperature stable environment. 


    For outdoor events, balloons will typically need to be taken down after a day. When exposed to the elements, even the highest quality of balloons will oxidize and turn a matte finish.  The latex breaks down faster and will need to be disposed of after your event.

  • Do I have to know exactly what I want to hire you?

    Not at all! We will work together to come up with a unique idea for your event and space. I always appreciate inspiration pictures to get a feel for what you might like. It is helpful if you have a color scheme or theme you might like to design around but I am always happy to discuss options!

  • Can I setup balloons outside?

    While indoors is always best for balloons, I do offer setups outside. For these setups, I always recommend light colors and shade whenever possible. I will not use dark colors outdoors in full sun. Please note that even with careful preparation, balloons outdoors will pop and deflate at a higher rate than balloons kept in a temperature controlled environment. Balloons will oxidize outside which turns them from a shiny finish to a matte one. I am happy to chat about how we can make your outdoor install a success.

  • How much notice do you need for an event?

    I recommend placing an order at least three weeks before your event. This ensures that I can find colors you want and they will arrive on time. I charge a 10% rush fee for events that are less than two weeks away.

  • Do you come back to remove the balloons?

    Some setups require breakdown and balloon removal from Cascade Balloons. There is a breakdown fee depending on distance and time required. If there is no frame, Cascade Balloons does not need to return for anything
